If any screen is connected to the computer using HDMI the problem occurs (when updated using Express Install). I followed ur steps when my PC goes black... My fans turn on, but there's no beep, monitor receives no signal even when hooked into the motherboard's HDMI slot instead of the video card's. I didn't see all of this before installing. could not display properly on the 4k. Cable select could be going out and cause the same symptoms.
