This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. For example, your minidump file says that the bluescreen was caused by an error while Nvidia's video driver was talking to Microsoft's DirectX video driver.The first thing I would do is Backup all your documents pictures etc then. Reboot and see if this helps.
