Stuck at the blue "Shutting Down" screen. Also, do not forget if you're downloading your ATI driver, to perform a clean install, uninstall  all previous drivers except Windows VGA driver, reboot, then install the latest ATI driver & reboot again... That last driver in the MiniToolbox scan is still there so I'll dig it out. We may have to take further steps to completely remove the remaining remnants of the applications.
