BSOD On Cold Boot New Notebook

Blow out the case/vents with canned air (DO NOT use an air compressor or vacuum as they can cause damage to the system)- missing Windows Updates- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers), I am thinking it is the mother board since my USB ports have been failing and when I start my computer, sometimes my keyboard and mouse wont turn on. It did suggest a driver, and running CHKDSK/F but my drivers are up to date and I ran CHKDSK and found no problems.
