BSOD Playing 3D Games (The Witcher 2

After the shut down it takes time to load again. It has happened both times when I have been playing Final Fantasy XIV. I also rolled back my nVidia driver from the day one Witcher 3 patch. I've had this BSOD a second time now within two months and it's getting me a bit worried. SF diagnostic tool report is attached. For the lazy: i5-4690k & GTX G1 970 running 1080p Settings are maxed out, running an average 45FPS when on horseback and a consistent 50FPS+ in most areas.

It is much more predictable when actually running the game as opposed to waiting in queue. BSOD 0x00000f4 or Shut Down while playing games My laptop shuts down while I am playing games,watching video on Youtube, Live stream or for no obvious reason. Think i'm one of the lucky ones though, friends having way more crashes. You can join our group here.

And from what I've seen there is many people playing the game with overclocked systems without this problem, maybe this is just windows XP thing?

The one exception is occasionally in cutscenes, the video will lag slightly behind the audio, and catch up again.
