If that doesn't work either, do a clean reinstall of the game (remove eventhing using the game uninstaller).
If that doesn't work press windows+r and then type %appdata%/wargaming.net and delete world of tanks folder. i'll be in game. I tried every suggestion I could find on the forums, but nothing worked. so the only updates allowed are from the VAIO. so i had to uninstall my entire graphics card software(thanks wargaming.
It worked but I cannot change my resolution. Finally, if all that doesn't work you should run your windows disc and select repair. But, as FlanFlanScarlet said, all BSoDs leave a hex code. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Edit: This has also been tested by people with ATI video card and the same fix works.

Python log did have some 'failed to find parameter named 'mode' in sound event named...........', but I did not see any type of time or date stamp in the log. it occurs when world of tanks is running and i press alt tab.
