The more that was on the second monitor the worse performance got, if I had every pixel filled the primary monitor performed worse as well as the secondary. Low Fps On Second Monitor I normally wouldn't suggest such a simple answer, but since running in fullscreen solves the issue it's more than likely the problem. You should still be able to see twitchalerts etc as they're in windows instead of in OBS. Might be a totally different issue, to be fair.
