For this, first take the ownership of the drive via command prompt then restart your system to check whether it can solve your problem or not. It was done by right clicking the name, Disk 1, and then it automatically assigned a Drive letter to it. Following these steps will most probably resolve the external hard drive not showing up issue. I must press W+R: devmgmt.msc and uninstall all USB slot, except keyboards and mouse. If you find any light-greyed entries --> Right click on it --> Select "Uninstall". Thanks to all who posted but none of them worked. Even closing and re-booting still will not recognise the headphone connection yet any other external is okay.
