After spending a lot of time and trying a bunch of different ways to fix the problem, only one solution ended up working for me. This is a good feature in theory, but on rare occasions the feature does not wake up the USB Device. I had to ad the USB key in regedit because for some reason my machine didn't have it and now ALL my USB ports are working again wonderful!!! ♥ ♥ ♥
