I agree that the Windows Recovery Environment automatic repair is a joke, but the command prompt would be very useful if it can access your array. The boot stops at the 'Starting Window' and hangs. Typically, the RAID drivers MUST be installed during the installation of the operating system. You expect a software disk to open up to a setup file that you click and it installs the appropriate software, but not this thing.
