I also went through a scan in cmd (i did not understand completly), and it found some problem and fixed it before I got to theese solutions here... It renames the C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution folder to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution.old , essentially clearing the Windows Update download cache so that it can start over.
