Im so confused. If there is problem with the USB driver, Driver Easy will detect it and recommend the new driver. With Driver Easy, the USB issue can be resolved easily.  Driver Easy has Free version and Paid version. For Windows 7, it has SATA, and USB 2.0 - but it does not have USB 3.0 drivers in it's arsenal. (Remember, Win98 didn't have USB 2.0 drivers either).
