Install the latest driver for your graphics card.First thing that you need to check is your graphics card driver. I hope I am wrong but what I have experienced in this life I gotta say , it probably isn't as crazy or far fetched as it sounds. From the looks of it Windows seems to be up-to-date. the microsoft OS copied over the older file on top of the newer one and caused a version mismatch with the other drivers.
