It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: nvlddmkm.sys (NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 347.52 , NVIDIA Corporation). Then, start testing the memory and such to see if that's bad and also monitor the temperatures of the system and the CPU.
