The only account I can open is my sons and practically everything I do asks for that darn administrator password. In this way, the new local account we've created has been changed to Administrator. so I was able to do what I needed. yes i have run cmd as an administrator as instructed.
So the "Admin" part is a chance of issue against admin services.
