Hope you have also tried method 2.1 & 2.2 and ensured you have restarted the system after installing the packages. I'm not arrogant enough to say that this will fix your problem. Don’t despair though. One is a Win7, and when it fails, I don't get to see the issue, it just reboots back to Win7.
